It`s a Grand life with your own private Suite or Villa Host at Centara (Forimmediaterelease.net) BANGKOK, Thailand - Guests staying in the topmost tier suites and villas at Grand branded properties in the portfolio of Centara Hotels&Resorts will have their own personal Suite and Villa Host to assist their every need 24 hours a day.

Centara Grand hotels are currently located in Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Samui, Phuket, Krabi, Bali, Maldives and Mauritius.

The Suite and Villa Hosts will constantly be available to accommodate guests` special needs and assist them in any special requirements and requests such as private dinners, spa treatments and excursion bookings.

Each carefully selected Host had to follow a detailed and extensive training program provided by Paul Brown, formerly butler to the United Kingdom`s Queen Elizabeth II and now managing director of White Glove Consultancy Services, who has more than 25 years` experience in assisting top hotels to develop and improve their butler services.

Centara Grand Suite and Villa Hosts who have completed training under Paul have been awarded the White Glove Certificate of Recognition, meaning they have achieved the highest standards of service that are required by a royal household.

Chookiat Hoijang, Suite Host at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, says that the training has prepared him for every aspect of this high standard of service and shown the importance of service personalization.

“I have learned how to be more focused, how to place more emphasis on details, and how to provide a refined service that is discrete and attentive,” he says.
