Mancham, was presented with a special Martin Luther King memorial photograph depicting the great leader marching through Washington to the Capitol 50 years ago when he delivered the famous “I Have a Dream” address.

The presentation was made by Mr. Alan Inman, the President of the USA Chapter of the Global Peace Foundation (GPF), who dedicated the photo to Sir James in recognition of his contribution towards the realization of Martin Luther King’s dream and desires.

Sir James had called on Mr. Inman and other officials of the Global Peace Foundation to discuss and finalize plans for the up-and-coming Global Peace Leadership Conference and Festival which the GPF is holding in Abuja, Nigeria, from November 7 to 9, 2013. Sir James has been invited to provide remarks at this year’s Leadership Conference to the opening plenary on the theme “Moral and Innovative Leadership: To Building Sustainable Peace for a Prosperous Future.”

The mission of the Global Peace Foundation is to celebrate and promote the vision of “One Family under God” through building inter-faith partnerships, strengthening families and communities, and fostering a culture of service and peace.
