The growing list of Bollywood stars confirming their presence in Seychelles from October 4 is transforming this coming Seychelles-India Day Celebration into a powerful cultural event.

The Seychelles-India Day Celebration Society Committee spearheading the event has put together a strong team working day and night to raise the profile of the Seychelles-India Day Celebrations and to bring it to the highest level of success possible. The Seychelles-India Day Celebrations Committee are known and respected for their art of mastering the organization of an event, and they have now proven again that they are more than capable of transforming a small idea into a great event. The Seychelles-India Day Celebrations has become what the Seychelles Ministry of Tourism and Culture has described as a powerful cultural event that is set to increase the visibility of Seychelles in India.

The Seychelles-India Day Celebration Society Committee and the Seychelles Ministry of Tourism and Culture have not only used the Seychelles-India Day Celebrations to showcase modern India and its culture, but also to mark 100 years of Indian cinema by flying to Seychelles a long list of famous celebrities. Two weeks ago, the Seychelles-India Day Committee announced the list of top five stars who will walk the red carpet at the Official Opening of the Seychelles-India Day Celebrations. They are Akriti Kakar, Kajal Aggarwal, Tanmoy Bose, Sanjev Kapoor, and Terrence Lewis.

Today, the Seychelles-India Day Celebration Society Committee has announced that the list of celebrities flying to Seychelles to perform at the Seychelles-India Day Celebrations is getting longer. Bollywood actress Anjan Sukhani Anandan Sivamani, Indian drummer Benny Daja, male singer to perform alongside Akriti Kakar, fashion designer Mayyur Girotra, Indian film and stage actress Shazahn Padamsee, and Naveen Kumar, Indian flautist, have added up to the string of stars who have confirmed their presence at the first Seychelles-India Day Celebrations, tallying to twelve icons of the Bollywood film industry.

The Seychelles-India Day Celebration Society Committee has said that the glitz and glamour that these Bollywood stars will give to the first edition of Seychelles-India Day Celebrations shows that the event is getting a lot of recognition in India as well as internationally.
