Booking.com presents the award each year for hotels with an average score of 8 or above, out of a possible total of 10.
The ratings are provided by guests and refer to the level of guest satisfaction with service and facilities.

Chen Sea Resort&Spa Phu Quoc is a beachfront four-star boutique resort located in a quiet bay at Phu Quoc Island, just 15 minutes by speedboat from the domestic airport.
