Chef Tanja Kruger pampers the guest’s palates. During her recent culinary tour through Europe, which was crowned with success, she worked in some of the world’s best restaurants and expanded her knowledge and experience. Amongst others, she cooked side by side with Michelin-starred chef Alain Passard at the Restaurant L’Arpege in Paris and learned a lot about new floral flavours, such as geranium and verbena. Also sommelier Josephine Gutentorf delights Majeka guests with a selection of fantastic local wines.
