Miss Reunion selects Seychelles for video and photo shoot 2014

Miss Reunion selects Seychelles for video and photo shoot 2014 ( The Miss Reunion franchise has selected Seychelles for its promotional shoot and video production which will be held in June 2014. This was announced following a meeting between Seychelles Minister for Tourism&Culture Alain St.Ange and Mr. Aziz Patel, the President of Miss Reunion, during a meeting held this week on the Vanilla Island of Reunion Island.

Each year, the Miss Reunion candidates conduct a voyage of discovery on an Indian Ocean island. For the 2014 edition, Seychelles has been selected as the destination of choice. This event will be made possible through the assistance of the Seychelles Tourism Board and Air Seychelles. The 12 eligible candidates will discover the legendary beauty of the Seychelles which will act as the perfect backdrop for the official photo and video shoot. The reportages will be broadcast on the Reunion Premiere TV channel and a special program highlighting their “Seychellois escapade” which will be screened two weeks prior to the Miss Reunion 2014 pageant.

The newly-crowned Miss Seychelles 2013 will also be the guest of honor to the Miss Reunion 2013 pageant to be held on Reunion Island on August 17.

This line of cooperation between Reunion Island and Seychelles is a true testimony of two Vanilla Islands working hand in glove to further promote partnerships and solidarity among the organization's member states within the region.
