Variety Cruises Joins Niche Cruise Marketing Alliance ( Mediterranean-based Variety Cruises has joined the Niche Cruise Marketing Alliance (NCMA).

Variety has joined the 14 other cruise lines that are members of the alliance, The 15 lines have banded together to educate travel agents on the value of concentrating on the sale of specialty cruise products through both seminars and online training. The alliance provides educational programs, seminar content and trade show exposure for its members and this industry segment. In addition, its website,, has been redesigned to allow consumers in the United States and Canada to locate certified Niche Cruise Specialist travel agents by zip code, postal code or city.

Variety Cruises is the leading small ship cruise company in the Mediterranean and Greece. For nearly 60 years, the company has offered a wealth of small-ship cruising experiences. Operating the largest fleet of ships accommodating 49 or fewer guests, the vessels sail to familiar islands and to hidden isles where larger cruise ships cannot go.
