Documentary on Seychelles on Dubai City 7 TV

Documentary on Seychelles on Dubai City 7 TV ( Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture, has welcomed the news that the Report Program on Seychelles by Lorenzo Jooris of One World Communications is set to be aired mid-January on Dubai City 7TV.

“This comes at a most opportune time. As we launch our work program for 2013 where increased visibility for the islands listed high on our priority list, we are happy to see the television serving Dubai, but with access across the whole GCC countries, is opening the new year with their very own documentary report on Seychelles. This will help us, as any report on our islands can only but spread the news on how beautiful our Seychelles is, how clean it remains, and how safe we are," Minister Alain St.Ange said.

Lorenzo Jooris, Director of One World Communications, has confirmed that his Business Report Program on Seychelles will be aired on Dubai City 7 TV as follows:

- January 13, 2013 (Sunday) @ 1930 hours (Fresh Broadcast) and @ 2330 hours (re-run of tape)

Lorenzo Jooris emphasized that Dubai City 7TV is accessible to all viewers free-to-air on Nilesat 101 reaching approximately 5 million+ households out of the entire estimated reach of 90 million households available on Nilesat across the Middle East and North Africa. The program, which will air the Seychelles documentary, is also available on Showtime, E-vision, and Du IPTV.

Dubai City 7TV is also distributed in all major hotel chains in the UAE and many countries in the GCC. This region is now not only an important, but also a fast-growing, tourist market for the Seychelles.

These mid-ocean islands are but four hours from the region and remain accessible without any need for a visa. They are served virtually four times every day from the region, with the three main airlines Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar all flying to Seychelles over and above the islands national airline, Air Seychelles.

Seychelles has a Tourist Board Office in Dubai and a second one in Abu Dhabi operating from the island's High Commission.
