Harley-Davidson and Camp Habulani Offer Adven turous Women a Thrilling Ride

(Forimmediaterelease.net) Experience the Sights of South Africa on a Most Exclusive Road Trip

HOEDSPRUIT, SOUTH AFRICA — More women are buying Harley-Davidson motorcycles. In fact, last year, women accounted for 12 percent of the company’s sales. With this in mind, Camp Jabulani, the deluxe lodge near Kruger National Park has teamed with Harley On Safari Rentals and Tours to create an unforgettable, five-star journey—the ultimate girlfriend getaway!
The adventure starts after transferring from Oliver Tambo International Airport to the Saxon, Johannesburg’s finest hotel. During their stay, guests will be treated to a “diamond tour,” viewing some of the world’s most brilliant gems. The next morning, after a sumptuous breakfast, they mount their Rental Harley-Davidson bikes and begin the guided all-day 500 km (300 miles) ride, viewing beautiful scenery and stopping for lunch along the way. (A backup truck and crew follows behind to transport luggage.) Upon arrival at Camp Jabulani for a three-night stay, guests enjoy one of six sumptuous suites. Each has a private deck, plunge pool, fireplace, well-stocked private bar, air-conditioning and a generous size bath, as well as its own personal butler to attend to every need or desire. At night, cozy lighting, a blazing fire and a welcoming bed conclude another perfect day in Africa.
Meals at Camp Jabulani are memorable occasions. Lavish champagne breakfasts and traditional bush dinners are served with exquisite china, crystal and silver. Lunch might be a gourmet picnic in the bush or served in the dining room. All dietary requirements are met. The Camp also offers a gym and spa services.
During their stay, guests will experience Camp Jabulani’s renowned elephant-back safari. There’s no better way to get up close and personal with other members of the animal kingdom than on an elephant’s back, sitting behind a trainer in a comfortable saddle while the gentle beasts quietly negotiate narrow paths in single file. They will also have an opportunity to view the “The Big Five” on a morning or evening open safari vehicle game drive, to participate in bush walks, bird watching, or to visit to the world-renowned Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre, while sybarites might prefer to indulge in a magical spa experience in the African bush. In addition, they can meet at dawn to witness sunrise on a scenic hot-air balloon safari over the private reserve for possible sighting of giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, nyala, impala, bushbuck, waterbuck, duiker and warthog.
On the fifth day, guests and their Harleys will depart from Camp Jabulani for a 250 km (150 miles) ride in the direction of the majestic Drakenburg Mountain Range. From the Lowveld, the scenic route winds upward more than 1800 meters above sea level to Walkerson’s, an elegant boutique hotel nestled in South Africa’s trout fishing highlands, where they will dine and spend the night. After breakfast, guests climb aboard their Harleys and ride 250 km (150 miles) to Pretoria. There, they bid adieu to their trusty bikes and are transferred by luxury mini bus to Johannesburg where they fly out by their own arrangement.
Price of the package (with a minimum of four persons) is *$ 5,062USD per person sharing per night. Single supplement is * $2,537 USD. Rates include Harley-Davidson rentals with unlimited kilometers and full insurance; transfers to and from Tambo International Airport; the Saxon Hotel, including one night’s accommodation, welcome drinks, dinner, breakfast and diamond tour; Camp Jabulani, inclusive of three night’s accommodation, meals, beverages, laundry, all game-viewing, and elephant-back safaris; Walkerson’s Hotel, including one night’s accommodation, dinner and breakfast.
