Seychelles sends condolence message to His Imperial Majesty Akihito, Emperor of Japan

(Forimmediaterelease.net) The Seychelles President, Mr. James Michel ,has sent a message of condolence to His Imperial Majesty Akihito, the Emperor of Japan. President Michel's message says:“On my personal behalf and on that of the government and the people of the Republic of Seychelles, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to you and to the people of Japan following the devastating earthquake that hit the northeast of Japan, triggering a massive tsunami, which has resulted in loss of lives and extensive material damage.
My heart goes out to the entire Japanese community, especially to the families of those who have lost their lives in the face of this disaster. In the wake of this tragedy, my government and people send out a special prayer to your government for its tireless effort in dealing with this unforeseen situation. I have faith that Japan will recover quickly from this tragic event and that life in your country will be swiftly restored.
I wish to assure you, Your Majesty, of my country's solidarity in Japan's moment of sorrow."
