Web Portal of the 21st Century - The new experience and customer oriented web portal  of Lobster Experience ( Customer orientation is a topic of major relevance for the respectable Sales and Marketing agency Lobster Experience GmbH&Co. KG. To focus on customer wishes even more, the Lobster software engineer and design team developed the third website version, after one year of challenging programming.

The vision of Andreas Müller, co-owner of Lobster Experience with over 25 years of IT consulting knowhow, was to create an interactive, multimedia-based and informative tool. A Customer Relationship Management System (Lobster CRM), especially designed for Lobster Experience during a 2-year project, offers maximum benefit of today's information technology. On the basis of this Lobster CRM new website components were created like a database supported event planner, interactive survey components and soon also a VIP customer area, to name just a few.

“A new VIP area with an interactive, intelligent interface and an info platform is going to give our customers a lot of advantages and time saving for their daily business.” said Andreas Müller. Also integrated on the new web portal is a new Lobster Academy component. With the Lobster Academy the circuit of knowledge transfer and feedback of Lobster customers is closed.

The new Lobster Experience web portal is furthermore optimized in its clarity visually and content wise, it is updated regularly and acts emotional and informative all at the same time. A new feature is also a practical order form for newsletters and brochures.

In 1998 Unique Experience GmbH was founded and it became one of the most renowned hotel representation companies at the German speaking market. After a very successful promotion and positioning of Frégate Island Private in the Seychelles, more hotels like The Breakers Palm Beach became part of their portfolio.

The number of hotels was growing continuously and leaded to a Relaunch in June 2007 with the new company name Lobster Experience. Already two years later a branch office in Vienna opened up, which is responsible for 14 central and eastern European countries. Today the company has 25 intern and extern employees, who are devoted to marketing and sales activities, as well as trade fairs, events plus web design, crisis management and market analysis.
