( Dolce’s Regional Area Director to Expand Responsibilities and Lead Award-Winning Hotel.
Steve Giblin, President and COO Dolce International announced that Geoff Lawson has been appointed the new General Manager of Dolce Basking Ridge, New Jersey, the 24th property in Dolce’s growing portfolio of Hotel, Resort&Conference Destinations.

This new role is in addition to Lawson’s current responsibilities as Regional Area Director where he oversees five first-class Dolce properties in New York, Connecticut and Toronto, Canada. In addition to his property responsibilities, Lawson is also accountable for Dolce’s Corporate Quality initiative.

Lawson brings more than three decades of experience in the meeting and hospitality industry to his new position. He has been with Dolce International for 14 years, joining the conference center industry in 1993 as a member of the pre-opening team at the Bank of Montreal Institute for Learning in Toronto. He has also held several positions with the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC) including past president and second vice president.
