Members of the elite Chaîne des Rôtisseurs gather at Kempinski Hotel Ajman
“It was indeed an honor once again to host the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs at Kempinski Hotel Ajman: members attended the opening ceremony for our inaugural event in 2001, and we have welcomed the Chaîne’s distinguished members back again in 2009,” said Ulrich T. Chaîne des Rôtisseurs members were treated to an evening of exquisite gourmet fare with an asparagus-themed, 7-course menu created and presented by Head Chef Winfried Helmetag and the team from Kempinski Hotel Ajman. The appreciation was given by Dubai member Cromar Collie, and the evening concluded with members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and their guests giving the Kempinski Hotel Ajman kitchen and service staff a standing ovation.
Established in Paris in 1950, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs brings together professional members (such as chefs, restaurant and hotel owners, and managers) and non-professional members from around the world, who are devotees of outstanding epicurean delights and fine dining.
