Ajman’s only five-star hotel has commissioned executive chef Winfried Helmetag to prepare the dinner menus, and the culinary combinations he came up with are nothing short of delectable – from sumptuous entrees such as stir-fried lobster with vegetables or crispy duck with sweet and sour sauce, to a tantalizing Bukhara kebab platter, or a prime beef tenderloin steak served with Rösti potato and red-wine sauce with forest mushrooms.
