THETRADESHOW to Feature Travel Product Education

( Alexandria, Va., June 13, 2007 –THETRADESHOW (Sept. 9-11, Las Vegas) has more exhibitors, more education and more business opportunities than any other North American event. This year’s show will feature a variety of travel product seminars. These seminars are designed to introduce participants to exciting new travel options to offer clients. The product seminars will take place on Monday and Tuesday during the morning sessions.

Seminars focusing on travel products that have already been scheduled are:

Learn how to gain the edge over the competition by using client knowledge to create personalized, customized, targeted print and electronic brochures. MailPound's latest tool provides agents with the resources to capture both online clients as well as Internet customers. This seminar will show attendees how to combine client knowledge and MailPound's custom brochures to wow clients!

• Alaska Destination Training: Raising Your Profit Margin When Booking the Last Frontier! Courtesy of Anchorage Convention&Visitors Bureau and presented by Tania Hancock, DS, ACC. This fun, interactive seminar helps to dispel myths and misconceptions about the “Great Land" and includes great activities, attractions, local tips and personal insights for booking Anchorage and south central Alaska. Tania Hancock, tourism sales manager with the Anchorage Convention&Visitors Bureau, will share her 30 years of Alaska experience and assists agents in increasing their knowledge base, confidence and success in selling America's Last Frontier.

• Berlin – The Place To Be In Central Europe! Courtesy of Berlin Tourism Marketing and presented by Ralf Ostendorf. This seminar will introduce you to the capital of Germany and its cultural and tourism highlights. Attendees will learn about the changes the city has been through and why an increasing number of American travelers are discovering the new Berlin as a gateway to the eastern parts of Europe.

• You Too Can Break Through the Clutter and Satisfy Your Customer Every Time by Introducing Them to Exciting New Brands. Courtesy of Starwood Hotels&Resorts and presented by Chris Austin.
