Eight new treatment rooms have been added to the biggest spa in the Indian Ocean, comprising five new Ayurvedic and three international rooms. Also a couple’s suite has been added. The Shanti Ananda offers now 25 treatment rooms to the guests. Furthermore, the yoga pavilion has been extended to almost double its present size. The spa at Shanti Ananda Maurice will be welcoming a new Ayurvedic doctor and eight more highly skilled therapists following their training at the sister property Ananda - In the Himalayas.

To cope with the high demand of the Shanti Ananda, six new luxury villas have been built overlooking the Indian Ocean comprising three two-bedroom Suite Villas and three Luxury Villas with private heated pools and integrated bubble jet beds. The Presidential Suite has also been spruced up with a new interior finish.
