This coming November connecting with Seychelles means connecting with Africa (Forimmediaterelease.net) The Africa Prosperity Conference brings together the members of the African Chambers of Commerce and business associations. It is dedicated to providing a forum where companies of all sizes based in Africa or working with African firms can network with the international business and investment community. The theme of the 2015 Africa Prosperity Conference is IN BUSINESS WITH BUSINESS; it invites participants to discuss policies and practices which enhance the share of local inputs to increase domestic firms’ performance. Local input is and has always been vital and useful for development. This meeting is all about how to deal and build partnerships with foreign companies while at the same time ensuring that local business also flourish and move up on ways to expand prosperity.

The Africa Prosperity Conference takes place in Seychelles on November 10-11, 2015 and will feature many exciting networking initiatives that will allow participants to seek new business opportunities, learn new dynamics within their industries, and build enduring business relationships with African business leaders.

Organized by the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI) and the Seychelles Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), the conference features presentations by CEOs and senior managers on six principal topics, namely:

- Enabling business to benefit local communities from local resource input - food industry and food production.

- Effective financial models to enhance small and medium business lending.

- Enhancing transparency to increase the level of foreign investment into Africa.

- What ICT knowledge and organizational gaps exist to become a regional player?

- Local input and strategy in the maritime/offshore sector?

- Approaches of promoting and supporting local fishing industries to work with large enterprises.

The PACCI Conference attracts CEOs and investors. Over 300 participants from all segments of business are expected at this event, including senior management, finance and legal executives, service providers, ministers and senior government officials, international and UN organizations representatives.
