LiveAndRise.com Releases Helpful Tips On Prepping For Pennies On Website

(Forimmediaterelease.net) If tragedy struck tomorrow and you were left in a world without electricity and civilian order, do you think you would survive? You may think that you could rely on your friends and neighbors to get you through, but everything changes when society breaks down and chaos hits the streets. Those unprepared to take care of themselves are left to fight for their food, search for shelter and locate a source of clean water. Just securing the basic necessities becomes difficult, especially when your money suddenly has no value and there are armed thieves willing to kill for their own survival.

When the economy crashed in 2008 and the government started introducing laws that many believe conflict with the constitution, the prepper movement took off with great force and thus people started prepping for pennies. Preppers believe in actively preparing for self-sustenance in order to increase the chance of survival in a world dictated by martial law, or no law at all. They prepare not only for the breakdown of political rule, but a variety of natural disasters that could eliminate life as we know it today.

Some preppers spend a lot of money buying bulk food that can be stored for years, building bunkers and creating elaborate bugout bags packed with weeks or months worth of food and water. You may start out with a first aid kit or perhaps a modest bugout bag, but soon you have a prepper wish list worth thousands of dollars. But, realize that there are ways that one can start prepping for pennies as well. This is intimidating if you don’t have an endless supply of disposable cash to throw at this project.

The following tips will help you prep on any budget. Start with the ideas that match with your available funds today, and continue working toward the others over time. You never know when tragedy is going to strike, so do what you can on a consistent basis. It’s amazing how fast small investments add up.

1. Invest in automatic rifles, preferably buying the parts in kits and assembling them on your own so that they aren’t registered. This is entirely legal, but you don’t have to go through the background check and registration process if you buy AR-15 or AK-47 parts kits from Arms of America or a similar company. You will need to purchase the receiver separately, but you shouldn’t spend more than $500 on the entire project. If you don’t know how to assemble the parts, find a pawn shop or military veteran to help you.

2. Whenever you have some extra cash, stock up on bulk packages of the following foods:

Rice
Beans
Oats
Salt&pepper
Sugar
Olive oil
Canned vegetables
Canned meat

Buy the biggest bulk packages you can find and store these items in a dry, safe place. These are all foods that will last at least five years, so you won’t be out raiding stores when chaos sets in.

3. Start learning about box gardening, and stock up on seeds and other supplies. This knowledge will help you generate food for your loved ones in the case of a long-term crisis.

4. Invest in basic fishing gear, including a pole, hooks, line and bait. Catching fish is better than starving when it’s no longer possible to run down the street to the market.

5. Connect with other preppers in your local community and online. It will help to know who else is prepared, and preppers have many great ideas for stretching your money when getting prepared for the worst.

You can also spend time scouting in local forests and parks to find safe bugout locations if there comes a time you can no longer safely stay at home. Not only will this help you in times of trouble, but it will help you lose weight and get in shape today. It’s much easier to survive in the wild if you’re healthy and fit. When you start eating healthier foods in smaller quantities, you may also notice that you have more room in your budget to support your prepping lifestyle.
