David Ngcamphalala, and his cultural troupe set to arrive in the islands on April 23 (Forimmediaterelease.net) Following the official announcement that Her Royal Highness Princess Sikhanyiso will be representing His Majesty King Maswati III of the Kingdom of Swaziland at the 5th edition of the Seychelles Carnaval International de Victoria, confirmation has been received that Hon. David Ngcamphalala, the Minister for Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs from the Kingdom of Swaziland, will be arriving in Seychelles with his cultural troupe on April 23 in time for the official opening of the carnival on April 24.

This will be the first participation by the Kingdom of Swaziland in the carnival that has been called the Carnival of Carnivals. This annual event in the mid-ocean islands of the Seychelles continues to attract all the best and most popular carnivals to parade together followed by cultural troupes from the Community of Nations. This year some 29 countries are expected to be present in the Seychelles to showcase their country through culture to an extremely important bank of international press coming from the four corners of the world. The Kingdom of Swaziland is seeking visibility to ensure its remains relevant in the world of tourism and their participation in this coming carnival will go a long way in putting Swaziland on the tourism map.
