ICCA Research, Sales & Marketing Programme 2007
Over the years the ICCRM has evolved from a pure researchers meeting into an event which is relevant to a broader target audience encompassing Sales & Marketing. In order to reflect this evolution it was therefore important to re-brand the ICCRM into the â€˜ICCA Research, Sales & Marketing Programmeâ€™.
The essence of the programme will not alter dramatically: ICCA aims to deliver a unique training programme which focuses on research, sales and marketing in the meetings industry. By means of informal, interactive sessions and group work, the programme teaches new, better and easier ways to research and identify clients who organise meetings in different countries and want top quality service suppliers, and covers the follow up sales and marketing activities that are required to win more of their events.
