‘Mr. Travcoa’ remembered as the consummate professional

‘Mr. Travcoa’ remembered as the consummate professional ( Michael Anderson, also known fondly as “Mr. Travcoa,” passed away on Sunday, March 9, in Toronto, Canada. Michael, the director of Travcoa’s Canadian office, had been battling cancer for the past three years. He was 66.

“We offer our condolences to Michael’s family and friends,” Travcoa President Randy Durband said. “He will be deeply missed by everyone in our office.”

Michael joined Travcoa more than 25 years ago, and ran the company’s office in Toronto. He handled all relations with travel agents and customers in Canada. “Michael was Travcoa’s face in Canada,” Durband said. “If anyone had a question about Travcoa, Michael had the answer.”

Colleagues recall his gentle humor. He will be sorely missed.
