1614 Aerobics and Fitness in Bear, Delaware is offering an exciting weight loss and mileage contest to motivate members to get moving with their exercise goals. The contest is called the 1614 Five Hundred and it runs until February 27th. Interested participants can sign up as an individual or as part of a team.

The contest is named for one of 1614’s Personal Trainers, Alan “NASCAR” Bartocci.

“We first make our habits, and then our habits make us,” Bartocci stated. “Are you tired of diets and disappointment? I can help you achieve your fitness goals!
