Are all waters created equal? Alkaline vs. the other stuff
Most people understand that water is important for the human body to survive. Indeed, it is one of the most important, if not the most important, resource that we consume every day. Despite knowing this, most people don't understand exactly how or why water is so important.

Everyone's heard the statistics, the human body is comprised of approximately 65% water (over 70% in the brain). This water supply is involved in practically everything our bodies do to function and survive. From digestion to circulation, water is the primary vehicle used to transport nutrients and is necessary for even keeping our body temperatures at the correct levels.

a) Tap Water: Water obtained from the tap of most homes and offices is regarded as being safe by authorities, having little risk of causing long term harm upon consumption. Cleansing properties: Alkaline water can help cleanse the organs of the body and even remove harmful waste that builds and can cause damage over the long term.
Physical appearance: Aside from the benefits to the inside of the body, alkaline water can actually help out outer bodies as well! It can aid in the detoxification of skin, which can cause it to look younger, be less prone to breakouts and improve overall elasticity, a cheaper alternative to expensive cosmetics or spa treatments.
Alkaline water, the cornerstone to healthy living
To boast that alkaline water can be used as a cure to a toxic lifestyle would perhaps be a stretch. However, when used in conjunction with a happy and healthy lifestyle, alkaline water can form the bedrock of a fulfilling, natural, and holistic life.
