Seychelles family-owned and managed “Cote d`Or Footprints Self Catering Luxury Beach Chalets” has opened its doors

Seychelles family-owned and managed “Cote d`Or Footprints Self Catering Luxury Beach Chalets” has opened its doors (Forimmediaterelease.net) Annia Constance, a young Seychellois professional in the hospitality and tourism industry, is sparing no efforts to set new standards for a new hotel establishment on the island of Praslin. “Cote d`Or Footprints Self-Catering Luxury Beach Chalets,” a perfect family-run hotel, is managed by Annia Constance, the dynamic young Seychelloise with fifteen years of valuable experience in the tourism industry. With Annia Constance at its helm, Cote d`Or Footprints Self-Catering Luxury Beach Chalets is now ready for business.

In December 2013, Cote d`Or Footprints Self-Catering Luxury Beach Chalets announced its soft opening with a modern twist. The property offers ten individual villas situated right on one of Praslin island`s most inviting beaches. Cote d`Or Footprints Self-Catering Luxury Beach Chalets is a carefully thought through property offering beachside luxury to visitors. Cote d`Or Footprints Self-Catering Luxury Beach Chalets has eight single bedrooms chalets with an area of seventy-one square meters and two two-bedroom chalets with a floor of one hundred and fifteen square meters offering not only simple and elegant amenities, but in its own way, value for money, Annia Constance says proudly.

At Cote d`Or Footprints Self-Catering Luxury Beach Chalets the property manager says the chalets are also oriented to domestic tourism. Cote d`Or Footprints Self-Catering Luxury Beach Chalets provides a relatively reasonable package, where Seychellois can book a chalet at a competitive price. Annia Constance said Cote d`Or Footprint Self Catering Luxury Beach Chalets` prime beachside location is not selling hospitality but a variable product to suit market demands. She sees her new position as manager of the establishment as “challenging,” but believes her experience in tourism and hospitality will play much in her interest to transform Cote d`Or Footprint Self Catering Luxury Beach Chalets into one of the benchmark hotels on the island of Praslin.

Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister for Tourism and Culture; Sherin Naiken, the Chief Executive of the Seychelles Tourism Board; and Nathalie Didon, the Deputy of the Chief Executive of the Seychelles Tourism Board encouraged Annia Constance in her new venture. Minister St.Ange said that he welcomed the new investment at Praslin by Mr. Charles Pool and his family. “Little by little more and more, Seychellois are getting involved into the island`s tourism industry. This is exactly what the government wanted to see when the appeal was made for Seychelles to claim back its tourism industry. When Seychellois are involved, they will defend and they will work with the government to protect their industry," Minister St.Ange said.
