Press fraternity coming out with report after report on the successful carnival in Seychelles - the Middle East press does it as well ( The Indian Ocean Vanilla Islands Carnival just ended a week ago and already the international press is coming out with their own glowing reports and reviews on the event that has taken the world by surprise. The event dubbed the “carnival of carnivals” by the world press remains the only carnival where all the best carnivals all parade together followed by cultural troupes from the community of nations. The last edition of this carnival that features on the calendar of events of the Indian Ocean Vanilla Islands was this year jointly co-hosted by Seychelles, La Reunion, Madagascar, Mayotte, and South Africa KwaZulu Natal.

Some 26 international delegations paraded in the 2014 edition of this Carnaval International de Victoria, and they were followed by some 25 local delegations all vying for the attention of the world press that had descended on Seychelles in large numbers. Some 151 members of the international press traveled to Seychelles this year for the carnival, and their reports have started to appear right around the world. Seychelles and the carnival co-hosts worked together for visibility of their respective countries through press reports, and the same goes to each participating country. Tourism Boards and Tourism Departments of countries serious in their development of tourism all worked hard to meet the press when they attend tourism trade fairs, but those participating in the carnival in Seychelles get direct access to press from their target market as they work to showcase their respective destinations using culture and in so doing their people instead of using the traditional glossy brochures.

Ms. Faten Aman Ali of the Middle East was one of the journalists who traveled to Seychelles for this year`s carnival, and now she publishes her first report on the event that continues to make its mark as the carnival set to bring people of the world together as they parade in unity and harmony.

We would like to share Ms. Faten Aman Ali`s carnival coverage in the link below:مناسبات/171581-رئيس-سيشيل-يحضر-كرنفالها-السنوي-وسط-تجمع-حاشد-من-كافة-أرجاء-العالم
