Honorary Reunion Ambassador Moana Moo Caille gaining momentum for the 2014 season

Honorary Reunion Ambassador Moana Moo Caille gaining momentum for the 2014 season (Forimmediaterelease.net) The French national velodrome, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, hosted the Coupe de France BMX on Saturday, April 12, and Sunday, April 13, 2014, and Honorary Reunion Island Ambassador Moana Moo Caille took part in the competition alongside the elite of French drivers at the new high-level stadium. The velodrome`s new track has imposed the use of a lot of new techniques during the first two rounds of the Coupe de France BMX 2014.

Honorary Reunion Ambassador Moana Moo Caille participated in the first and second rounds of the Coupe de France BMX, and despite a strong beginning at the starting blocks, he lost in the quarterfinals of the competition.

“The result is not really up to my expectations, even though I knew that things would be complicated with only 4 months of training for my legs," he said. Although the islanders did not appear this time on the podium, the two rounds of the Coupe de France in 2014 have allowed him to demonstrate “that [his] power acceleration was indeed back."

The national velodrome is a high performance center dedicated to the practice of riding two-wheel bicycles. The next France BMX Championships will take place from July 4-6, 2014 at the national velodrome. The seat of the French Cycling Federation has taken up residence there, and Team France will be back on the track by September 2015 with the France BMX Team.
